Dentro de poco terminamos enero y todos los escaparates están empezando a llenarse de corazones, regalos de amor, peluches... para celebrar San Valentín.

¿Y por qué no hacerlo tú mismo?

Aquí os traigo una propuesta para tener 14 días de amor...

Soon January ends and all shop windows start to be full of hearts, love presents, teddy bears... for celebrate San Valentines

Why not do it on your own?

Here I give you a proposal for having 14 days of Love...

Día 1 de Amor...

Escríbele una carta, dile lo que te hace sentir, lo que significa para ti... No utilices sobre, simplemente enróllala y ponle una cinta. Déjala donde pueda encontrarla.

1st Day of Love... 

Write a letter, tell her/him what he/she makes you feel, what he/she is for you... Don't use an envelope, roll it and tie with a ribbon. Leave it where he/she can find it.

Día 2 de Amor...

Organiza una merienda sorpresa... algo sencillo y rico. Aquí tienes la receta de las galletitas con forma de carta de amor. ¡Estoy enamorada de ellas!

2nd Day of Love...

Organize an afternoon snack... something simple and tasty. Here you have the love letters cookies recipe. I'm in love with them!

Día 3 de Amor...

Hazle un mapa de amor. Marca los lugares donde os conocisteis, donde os disteis el primer beso, donde dijo que sí...

3rd Day of Love...

Create a love map. Mark the places where you met, where you have your first kiss, where he/she said Yes... 

Día 4 de Amor...

¡Invítale al cine!, pero en casa.

Diséñale unas entradas y haz unas palomitas decoradas con corazones de azúcar... ¿Hay un plan mejor?

4th Day of Love...

¡Invite him/her to the cinema!, but at home.

Make the tickets and cook popcorns with sugar hearts... Is there a better plan?

Día 5 de Amor...

Hazle un pequeño regalo, algo simbólico y con un mensaje bonito. Esta brújula es preciosa... ¿Dónde estaría yo sin ti?

5th Day of Love...

Give him/her a little present, something token with a lovely message. This compass is so pretty... Where would I be without you?

Día 6 de Amor...

Prepárale un baño de espuma con velas... Dale un momento de relax cargado de romanticismo.

6th Day of Love...

Prepare a bubble bath with light candles... Give him/her a relaxing moment full of romanticism.

Día 7 de Amor...

Dile por qué le quieres.. seguro que encuentras hasta 52 razones distintas.

7th Day of Love...

Tell why you love him/her... sure you find more than 52 different reasons.

Día 8 de Amor...

Que lo sepa todo el mundo... ¡Estás enamorad@! Díselo en la calle.

8th Day of Love...

Everybody must know it... You're in love! Tell him/her on the street.

Día 9 de Amor...
Dile lo que más te gusta de él/ella. Utiliza un tarro de cristal con una etiqueta bonita...
Fácil, barato y muy personal.

9th Day of Love...

Tell him/her what more you like... Use a jar with a cute tag...
Easy, cheap and meaningful.

Día 10 de Amor...
Fresas con chocolate... el mejor postre para un momento romántico. Mira cuántas maneras diferentes de disfrutarlas...

10th Day of Love...
Strawberries with chocolate... the best dessert for a romantic moment. Look how many different ways of taste them!

Día 11 de Amor...
Díselo con una joya hecha por ti... Será la más especial de las que pueda tener.

11th Day of Love...
Tell it with a handmade jewel... It'll be the most special of all he/she has.

Día 12 de Amor...
Estoy enamorada de estas almohadas. Puedes pintarlas tú mism@ con rotuladores o pintura para tela... Además de adorables son muy divertidas.

12th Day of Love...
I'm in love with those pillows. You can paint them with fabric felt tip markers or fabric paint... They're so cute and funny!

Díselo con globos... mensajes, fotos, recuerdos...

13th Day of Love...
Tell him/her with balloons... messages, photos, memories...

Día 14 de Amor...

Cocina algo rico para celebrar San Valentín y llévale el desayuno a la cama. Aquí puedes encontrar un montón de recetas deliciosas.

14th Day of Love...

Cook something tasty for celebrate San Valentines and have a bed breakfast. Here you can find a lot of delicious recipes.

We Heart Mail... February: Mi carta para Liliana (Reino Unido)

Y llegó febrero... tan cargado de corazones, amor, love y tortolitos por las calles...
Así que decidí que, como el amor no se pasa de moda, iba a enviarle a Liliana una carta llena de eso mismo... mucho amor y cariño.
And February is here... full of hearts, amor, love and lovebirds around the streets...
So I decided that, as love never goes out of fashion, I was sending Liliana a letter full of that... a lot of love and care.

Al igual que mi carta anterior a Sharon... el sobre marrón y aburrido de Correos, contenía un paquete muy especial... un sobre-corazón (si le quitas el washi tape se convierte en un enorme corazón de lunares!!!) ¿a que es bonito?...
As I did in my last letter to Sharon... the brown and bored postal envelop has a very special package... a heart-envelop (when you take off the washi tape, it becomes in a big polkadot heart!!! Isn't beautiful?

Sé que a Liliana le ha encantado recibir todo envuelto en un paquetito como si de un regalo se tratara... y es que en verdad no es una carta cualquiera, es un pequeño regalo desde España para ella.
I know Liliana has loved receiving everything tied as a present... and isn't truly a normal letter... it's a little present from Spain to her.

Y al igual que en un corazón de verdad... dentro caben un montón de cosas bonitas... una carta, una blonda, confeti, etiquetas, una acuarela, un corazón colgante, unas pinzas de la ropa, una pequeña libreta...
And as a real heart... inside you can put a lot of lovely things... a letter, a blond lace, confetti, tags, a watercolor, a hanger heart, some clothes pegs, a little notebook...

La carta está escrita en una hoja decorada con sellos amorosos; lo más divertido fue que mi peque (de dos añicos) me ayudó a estamparlos, ¡nos lo pasamos pipa!
Letter is written in a love stamp decorated sheet; the most happy was my baby boy (2 years old) helped me stamping it, ¡we enjoyed it a lot!

La acuarela la he pintado yo (me encanta usar esa técnica)...
La libreta está hecha y encuadernada a mano... lleva las hojas decoradas con washi tape para compartimentarla.
Liliana podrá utilizar las tres etiquetas para sus regalos.
I've painted the watercolor (I love this technic)...
The notebook is made and bonded by hand... sheets are decorated with washi tape to divide it.
Liliana can use the three tags in her presents.

El paquete incluía un sobre con confeti "love", de corazoncitos, hecho con papel vegetal; y una blonda con forma de corazón preciosísima.
The pretty package included a love confetti envelope, with little hearts, made with calque paper; and a gorgeous heart blond lace.

Y para terminar el regalo... os enseño de cerca las pinzas de la ropa estilo "love"... decoradas con washi tape y corazones de fieltro.
And completing the package... I show you the love style clothes pegs... decorated with washi tape and felt hearts.

Es para morirse de amor!!!
