Mermelada de fresa (Thermomix)

Estamos terminando la temporada de fresas!!! Y eso hay que aprovecharlo... ¿Qué tal si nos atrevemos con una mermelada casera 100% natural? Está buenísima, y si queréis tener algún detalle con alguien seguro que triunfáis.

Aquí os dejo la receta con la que os saldrán unos dos tarros grande (de unos 300g cada uno). La hago con la Thermomix porque así me ahorro de estar dándole vueltas y más vueltas.





Ingredientes:

  • 500 gr. de fresas.
  • 350 gr. de azúcar.
  • 1 cucharada sopera de zumo de limón.


¿Cómo se hace?

  • Ponemos en el vaso las fresas sin las hojas, partidas en dos trozos. Y picamos 6 seg., Velocidad 4.
  •  Bajamos los trocitos que se hayan quedado por arriba con la espátula. A continuación añadimos el zumo de limón y el azúcar. Programamos 30 min., Temperatura 100ºC, Velocidad 1,5. Este paso lo haremos tapando el vaso con el cestillo para dejar que se evapore el exceso de agua.
  • Para darle más consistencia de mermelada pondremos 5 min., Temperatura Varoma, Velocidad 1,5. Una vez finalizado observaremos al abrir el vaso que la mermelada hierve y las burbujas son lentas. Si no observamos ese punto le pondremos 5 min. más.
  • Dejar enfriar y listo!!!


Para conservarla, la meto en tarros de cristal que pongo al baño María (misma técnica que para hacer conservas).

Y la decoración del tarro en cuestión ya va a vuestro gusto!!! A mí las etiquetas tipo vintage y la tapadera cubierta de tela... me pirran!!!

We're at the end of the strawberries season!!! And we must exploit it... What about dare with a strawberry marmalade 100% natural? It's tasty and if you want to give a present, I'm sure you'll succeed!

Here you have a recipe for a pair of jars (about 300g each one). I do it using my Thermomix, because it's easier and I don't need to spend time stiring.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. strawberries.
  • 350 gr. sugar.
  • 1 big spoon of lemon juice. 

How to do it?

  • Put into the mixing bowl the strawberries (without sheets and cut in a half). 6 sec., Speed 4.
  • Put the pieces down with a spatula. Add the lemon juice and the sugar. Programm 30 min., 100ºC, Speed 1,5. Cover the mixing bowl with the basket for let the extra water evaporate.
  • For having a more consistent marmalade , now programm 5 min., Varoma Temp., Speed 1,5. When it's finished open the mixing bowl and see the marmalade bowling and bubbling slowly. If it's not in that way, put 5 min. more.
  • Let it cool down!!!
For conserve it, put the marmalade into glass jars using a water bath.
Now it's time of decorate the jars. I love the vintage tags and the lids covered with fabric!!!
